SLOW COOKER TERIYAKI PORK TENDERLOIN

"This sweet and spicy tenderloin recipe is super easy! Make it as spicy as you like by adding more or different types of chili peppers. This version is mild enough for my 4-year-old to enjoy. Two 1 pound tenderloins might only feed six because everyone will want seconds!"
INGREDIENTS
- 1 red onion1 boneless pork loin roast (approx. 3 lbs.)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki®
- 2 cups sliced or cubed pineapple
PREP
- Slice red onion into rounds.
- Spread half the onions on the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
- Season the pork roast with salt and pepper and place on top of the onions.
- Pour the broth and Island Teriyaki sauce over the pork and cover with remaining onions.
COOK
Set the Crock-Pot to low and cook the pot roast for 6 hours.- When the meat is ready, remove from the pan.
- Take a large spoon and skim the fat off the remaining sauce.
- Serve the pork with sliced or cubed pineapple.
- Spoon the sauce over top. Serve immediately.
