- Beef 250 gm (cubed)
- Raw papaya paste 2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Green chillies 1 tsp (chopped)
Cooking Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Let the beef marinate in it for 5 - 6 hours.
- Put the marinated beef on skewers.
- Barbeque on coal or grill on flame.
- Serve hot with mint chutney, rice and salad.
